The Strategy Sprint gives you a framework to lay the foundation for your brand and your product. We will guide you through a process to document your hypotheses about your customers, what their problems are, and how you will solve them better (or faster, cheaper, etc.) than the existing options.

We will help you create your Lean Business Model Canvas, a tool to help you map out your business visually and adapt your strategy as you go. We’ll teach you effective brainstorming methods that you can use alone or with your team, and we’ll help you think critically about how to prioritize your ideas.

Know thy customer.
One of the 10 commandments of startups. Easier said than done. Together we’ll create user “proto” personas to lay bare the assumptions you may have about who your customers are, where you’ll find them, and why they need your product.

Get real with customer conversations.

During the Strategy Sprint, we will prepare you for battle by creating your first problem interview guide and coaching you how to talk to customers without introducing your founder’s bias.

Clarify your brand vision.
Together we will create a brand brief that will help you talk about your company in a clear and inspiring way. The brand brief is an invaluable tool for:
- Creating and maintaining a coherent visual identity
- Articulating your mission and values
- Finding the right customers
- Hiring the right people

Envision the User Experience.
With a foundation of a business model, brand positioning, and customer hypothesis, we can create a UX storyboard to describe the ideal customer experience. Rather than an endless list of features or a design spec, we’ll tell a story that will inspire your team to solve your customer’s problem.
